1. LIFE 2: hyde in Mont Saint-Michel

"It took us four and a half hours by both train and car to get to Mont-Saint Michel from Paris. The first thing hyde says when we arrive is, 'It's cold so let's go back!' What? When we came all the way here at YOUR request? The staff are shocked by his words but in any case we start the photo shoot and before you know it he is saying 'Wow! This is amazing!' at the beautiful scenery. During the shoot he is taking photos with his iPhone. When we do a shot in front of a cross, he has his head down as he looks at his iPhone. Someone in the staff jokes that it looks like he's looking at a Bible instead of the iPhone so he crosses his heart and we get a photo of that." — staff diary from WORLD TOUR (L'facebook)

2. LIFE 2: L'Arc~en~Ciel in New York

"The first place the band went was a mysterious theater that was built in a mixed European and Southeast Asian style. tetsuya saw a podium upon stage and leaped up there to shout, 'Yes we can!' The members had to climb a long flight of stairs to get to the top floor for the photo shoot. hyde stopped halfway up and whined, 'I can't go any further! Somebody pull me up!'
